These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Heard app, operated by Christopher Bible ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Heard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Heard. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, or hateful

• Impersonate other users or individuals

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the app's systems

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Heard. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app. We do not claim ownership of your logs, ratings, or profile information.

5. Music Data

Album and artist data is sourced from Spotify. Heard is not affiliated with Spotify. All music rights belong to their respective owners.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

7. Disclaimer

Heard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
